What to do if you're affected
On 5 March 2020 the airline Flybe went into administration. All of their flights have been grounded since that date.

I'm due to travel
If you're booked on a Flybe flight, don't go to your UK airport as your flight won't be operating, unless an alternative flight with another airline has been arranged.
If you have a flight sold by another airline which includes travel on a Flybe flight, then contact the relevant airline or travel agent to confirm the impact on your travel plans.
Am I covered for lost flights?
Flybe don't have ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) protection for flight only bookings.
So in the first instance, contact your credit or debit card provider to see what cover you have under the regulation applicable to card purchases for your lost flights.
However, if you've booked a trip that includes flights and hotels with a travel firm that holds an ATOL, and received confirmation that you're ATOL protected, the travel firm is responsible for the flight arrangements.
Accordingly, they must either make alternative flights available for you so that your trip can continue, or else provide a full refund. If you're abroad, the travel firm should make arrangements to bring you home at the end of your trip. Contact the ATOL travel firm for more information.
