- Roadside Assistance – If you break down over 1/4 mile from the vehicle’s registered address, help’s on its way, 24/7. If we can’t fix the minibus by the roadside, we’ll take it, you and any passengers to a nearby garage.
- At Work (Home Start) – You’ll get Roadside Assistance if you break down at or within 1/4 mile of the minibus' registered address.
- National Recovery (Relay) – If we can’t get your vehicle back on the road, we’ll take you to any UK mainland destination.
- Onward Travel (Relay Plus) – If we can’t arrange a local repair, we’ll organise an alternative vehicle, suitable for you and the number of passengers, generally with a driver, to take you and any luggage to finish your journey.
We cover minibuses with 9 seats or more, which are under 3.5 tonnes, under 2.9m long and under 2.3m wide.
