Report a breakdown on our website

If you're a member, you can easily report a breakdown at any time using the button below. Simply follow the steps to confirm your details and we'll send a patrol out to help you, then you can track their progress on our website.

Report a breakdown in the AA app

The quickest way to report a breakdown is in The AA app. Our patrol can find exactly where you are, and you can track when help will arrive.

If you're unable to speak to us on the phone due to your personal circumstances or individual needs, enable the 'Text communication' option in the app's settings. This means we'll communicate with you via text when reporting a breakdown, including live text updates so you can follow our progress.

Support for a disability or a Blue Badge holder

Whether you have a mobility impairment, speach or hearing loss, or a medical condition, we're here to help.

For instance, if you're a wheelchair user with Roadside Assistance plus National Recovery, you might need our Onward Mobility Network of accessible vehicles.
